Easy Picadilio Recipe

Picadilio

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 kg ground pork
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 potato, cubed
  • 1 carrot, cubed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
  • 2 eggs

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Saute garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Add pork and simmer until tender.
  2. Add carrots, potatoes, and fish sauce. Cook until tender.
  3. Add water and let it simmer.
  4. Add eggs and simmer until cooked.
  5. Serve.
